About Dutton Movement & Mobility

Dawn Dutton | Founder & MChiro Student

Dawn Dutton is currently completing her Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree at McTimoney College of Chiropractic. Through supervised clinical training, she is developing a patient-centred, evidence-informed approach focused on movement quality, mobility, and long-term physical wellbeing.

Her interest in movement and rehabilitation began through personal experiences with sports injuries and metabolic health, leading to a deeper understanding of how posture, recovery, nutrition, and daily habits influence the way people feel and function.

Dawnโ€™s clinical interests include active ageing, movement confidence, and helping people maintain physical independence later in life. She is particularly interested in supporting individuals planning vibrant retirements abroad or living internationally, helping them stay mobile, resilient, and engaged in the activities they enjoy.

Dawns training is based on the McTimoney approachโ€”a low-force method designed to be comfortable for people of all ages and a chiropractic education that considers the body as a whole rather than focusing solely on isolated areas of pain.ย
